BIG 50: GERMANY'S LARGEST INDEPENDENTS

The annual agency ranking conducted by W&V, Horizont, and GWA has just been published, and we are thrilled to share that PIONEERS has secured the 35th place among the top 50 agencies with the highest gross income in 2023. This represents a 29% increase over last year and a significant leap from our 44th position.

Reflecting on our success in 2023, we attribute our growth to the continued support of our valued clients and the trust of new brands that joined us during the year. The expansion of our operating scope, particularly into the event industry through the establishment of our new Pioneers Live unit, significantly contributed to broadening our service portfolio, especially within the automotive sector.

Our achievements were strongly supported by our international clients at Pioneers Agency, including SIXT, Adidas and Asics. In addition, winning the presentation budget for Commerz Real AG and providing agency services for Transgourmet's COOK relaunch through our Brand Pioneers unit played a key role in our development.

We are also proud of the continued growth of our travel retail services, spanning conception, production and installation, as well as the strategic adjustments to our business development and communications strategy. The dedication and hard work of our teams in Mainz, Berlin, and the newly established Munich office have been instrumental in communicating and bringing to life all aspects of the full PIONEERS service portfolio.
