Sparkasse’s Finanzportal is the main communication provider and digital services aggregator for online customers. Linda is a chatbot that makes the user experience a lot easier and more personal. The client wanted to have a simulation of how Linda would interact with customers and how the chat history would look like. 

Our team designed the slide deck for the stakeholder presentation together with a series of animations that illustrated Linda’s feedback to user inquiries.
