The Common After Sales Conference (CASC) brought together the global After Sales leadership team in-person for the first time in four years, at the Audi Campus. The 3-day event featured plenary sessions, workshops, keynote speeches, and was simultaneously broadcasted to teams around the world.
Around 200 participants from 48 countries were on-site, including most Sales board members of the brands. Additionally, 1,500 colleagues from around the globe participated via livestream. The participants had the opportunity to address and discuss their questions with the board members and learn about future products, projects, and strategies.
The conference included 2 evening events; a Bavarian style dinner on the first day and a Winter Market happening on the second, both providing a great opportunity for participants to network and socialize in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
The LIVE team was responsible for the entire execution, direction of all plenary sessions, digital platform for pre-communication and live streaming, guest management, market communication, content management, logistics, and hospitality – providing an unforgettable experience that left participants energised and inspired.
