Plan and execute the Common After Sales Conference (CASC) at the Audi Campus, with three days of plenary sessions, workshops, and networking events.
The Common After Sales Conference (CASC) brought the global After Sales leadership team together in person at the Audi Campus for the first time in four years. The three-day event included plenary sessions, workshops and keynote speeches, and was broadcast simultaneously to teams around the world.
Around 200 participants from 48 countries were in attendance, including most of the brand sales directors. In addition, 1,500 colleagues from around the world participated via livestream. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss them with the Executive Board members, as well as learn about future products, projects and strategies.
The conference included two evening events: a Bavarian-style dinner on the first day and a winter market on the second, both of which provided a great opportunity for attendees to network and socialise in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
We were responsible for the overall execution, direction of all plenary sessions, digital platform for pre-communication and live streaming, guest management, market communication, content management, logistics and hospitality - creating a memorable experience that left participants energised and inspired.
